The Greatest Act

Jesus came to this earth as the sacrificial lamb for our sins. His precious blood paid for every sin we would every commit. This is the greatest act of love we could ever receive.

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”
Philippians 2:5-8 KJV
Jesus was fully God and fully man when He came to this earth. Even knowing this, He made himself of no reputation. He was a servant. He was obedient unto death, the death of the cross. Jesus set so many examples of how we should live our lives in order to be Christ like. This is just one of the many wonderful examples He set before us. That no matter how high you are, you are not so high that you cannot serve. Because Jesus being God, was higher than everybody but He wasn’t showy about it. He served. That is something we should be doing to become Christ like.
Nothing can or will separate us from the love of Christ!
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
